Box Breathing (5 minutes).
During each exhale, hum to activate the vagus nerve through throat vibrations.

Bonus Activity
Healing Hug
· Hug Yourself
· Cross your right arm over your chest, placing your hand near your heart. Then, cross your left arm, placing your left hand on your right shoulder.
· Hold the hug for as long as you need, but for at least 20 seconds.
Physiological Sigh
Can be done at the same time as the healing hug or afterwards.
Two inhales, followed by an extended exhale.
